The elegantly furnished master bedroom and bathroom have commanding ocean views. The two guest suites have luxurious bathrooms with walk-in closets.
The residence’s wrap-around terrace offers sweeping views of Lands End and the Sea of Cortez. The terrace includes a state-of-the-art BBQ, as well as lounging and dining areas for al fresco cocktails and meals.
The ample living area merges seamlessly with the terrace by means of sliding floor-to-ceiling doors, resulting in one flowing, open space. This home has US satellite TV programming and high-speed wireless Internet. The residence's living room includes a state-of-the-art high-fi Sonos sound system that allows guests to control which of the residence's areas to listen to music. This sound system is smartphone operated.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, while the dining area comfortably accommodates six guests.

Stayed here for a getaway over the Easter holiday. The property in a great location close to the marina in downtown. We had a 4 BR residence that was perfect. Clean, well kept and beautiful ocean views. The beds were very comfortable and the Pices staff tended to our every need. The staff at Hacienda is also amazing!

This is the 3rd time staying at this beautiful condo! We just love the corner in building 5, close to everything (spa, gym, beach club, restaurant, beach access, marina). Plus the decor is super nice! We will definitely be back
