About this apartment rental
This exquisite luxury condo is only a block from Medano beach, restaurants, shops, and Cabo’s world famous nightlife. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that adjoin another full condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths through the full 10’ balcony that opens out of the unit to our beautiful courtyard and pool.
This gives a total of a 60' long balcony area, two full kitchens with dining and living areas and a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 baths.
The finishes are top notch. You won’t be disappointed.
Bring your family and friends and enjoy one of the best locations in Cabo San Lucas for the beach, marina, and downtown fun!
No need to rent a car, just a taxi ride to and from the airport and we can arrange transportation for you at an additional cost. We are located near the Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza, the largest mall and entertainment complex in Baja California, and only a block away from Medano Beach, the best beach in Cabo. Enjoy all of the water activities including wave runners, kayaks, swimming, parasailing or even a water taxi to Lovers' Beach. Relax and enjoy a drink and the Baja sun in a lounge chairs at one of the many beach bars. If fishing is your favorite pastime, we are also located minutes from Cabo’s incredible marina where world-class fishing or sunset tours are waiting for you, or enjoy world-class golf at one of the many courses located in the Cabo area. Cabo is a safe and wonderful place to relax and take life a little slower and let your stress melt away, or for those seeking adventure it’s just right around the corner.
The Condominium amenities include: wifi in each unit, filtered water, clean linens and towels, fully furnished, balconies, secure complex with an amazing center courtyard and one of the largest pools in downtown Cabo. For an additional charge there are several services available and include: in room massage services, additional daily cleaning, room service from Serrano’s Tequila and Wine located in the lobby of the main building, transportation arrangements, local fishing charters, sunset cruise charters, room stocking services before your arrival, activities on jetskis and surrounding areas, and many more just ask our booking department.
NOTE* This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old and ID will be requested before confirming any bookings.

The adjoining condos were a great set-up for our group of work buddies on a 5-day trip. The location was amazing (the beach, the town, and the marina were all walking distance!) and the condos were both in great shape. The balconies were great and the staff was universally friendly, helpful, and great with suggestions (including where to get authentic tacos!). The amount of space and kitchen/cooking utensils worked really well. We found everything we needed.

The huge pool was so warm and clean!
The kids couldn’t get enough!
The Consigner was fabulous and the security staff so friendly and helpful. The management was so accommodating. The twin condos are plenty big for our combined family of 14! This property sits 2 blocks from the beach and all the shopping, eateries and activities! Perfect location. Kitchen is well suited for cooking and serving. Large screen TV and huge countertop to gather around. Bedrooms are plain but adequate. AC is awesome even in July heat.

We walked everywhere and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were in Cabo for a bachelor party and we’re able to walk to bars and be close to “home”. The condo was well kept and was actually 2 condos connected together which meant 2 kitchens,etc. so even more room for everyone. I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Cabo for a fun time.
