Villa Alegria is a home where beauty is as prevalent as the balmy Baja sunshine. With each of the lovely bedrooms complemented by a private bath, each with a becoming balcony and terrace, it’s easy to see that Alegria is a vacation home of substance and style. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Extra person fees apply after the 14th guest.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

The villa was perfect for our family of 11. It was clean and well maintained. Communication with Luis, our concierge was perfect. The cleaning staff were excellent. It is a beautiful site and a steep but lovely walk to the marina and downtown area. We were very happy there for a week. Amazing views, beautiful pool, patio and hot tub.

Everything was amazing for our stay! Lots of room inside and out. The house and view are even prettier than the pictures online. Beth & Noemi helped us set everything up beforehand, they were both awesome. Pablo was our concierge while there, and he was amazing as well and very accommodating. Roy was our driver and always responded when we needed a ride to and from adventures. Cannot say enough good things!

Naomi at Cabo Villas was fantastic to deal with, upon arrival Luis who was the concierge was phenomenal. Easy process and great communication.

This was our golfing groups third year coming to Mexico Although the property is in a nice area, it was the most expensive place we stayed and our least favorite. The property is dated, kitchen has 1 roll of paper towels, salt and pepper, and that's about it. After asking for cooking pans, we got them the next day. Two ovens didn't work. The hot tub is very nice and heats up quickly. The cleaners did a good job each day. The transportation service upon arrival was a nice benefit.
