This hillside villa located in the exclusive community of Pedregal is a wonderful choice for large families or groups as it offers the ultimate in space and luxury. Upon entering the home, guests will notice the open concept of the living, dining and kitchen areas which allows for easy entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows boast striking views while large sliding glass doors open onto the patio and pool area, letting the spaces blend as one. Five comfortably appointed bedrooms, each possessing private bathrooms, offer privacy and comfort.
Guests of Villa del Sol will undoubtedly enjoy the day splashing in the sparkling pool while gazing at the breathtaking scenery before them. Alfresco dining is easy with ample outdoor seating, a palapa and gas barbeque. And of course, the day would not be complete without meandering down the cobblestone road to the beauty of Pedregal Beach.

This house is amazing. We stayed here for a girls weekend aka bachelorette party and everyone loved it. Super spacious. Close to downtown Cabo and security there was top knotch!
Terri who handled the booking was superb.
Germany the home manager was also very wonderful!
Overall we all loved our time spent and via de sol!

Our stay at villa del sol was amazing! We can't wait to go back! The location is perfect few minutes from down town. Javier greeted us promptly when we arrived and walked us through the house. We asked him to hear the pool more our second day and he was quick on coming by and increasing the water temperature. The views are to die for! The beach a few blocks away is amazing and totally recommend making a trip there. Nancy, our booking agent, was fast and thorough with all questions she is amazing! We had a group of 13 adults and 3 kids and the house was able to accommodate us all comfortably. If you're ever thinking about going to Cabo this is the house to go for!

Very private location 5 minute walk to beach, however, beach doesn't allow for swimming. Very nice for morning walk though. Excellent for group of 12 buddies.
