This luxurious 3 BR/3.5 bath condo at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences is in the heart of Cabo San Lucas just steps away from Medano Beach, the coveted, most swimmable stretch of the Sea of Cortez peninsula. The 22-acre beautifully landscaped private residence resort boasts spectacular views of Land's End and is an easy walk to Cabo’s world-class marina, shopping, dining and vibrant nightlife.
Hacienda #2-304 is a spacious corner residence on the 3rd floor professionally decorated in true Hacienda style with beautifully colored Mexican ceramic tiles, granite counter tops, dark hardwood, and natural stone flooring. The floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open completely to create the perfect indoor/outdoor living space.
In the comfort of your home away from home enjoy the open floor plan with the well-equipped artisan kitchen, anchored by the large granite-topped island, perfect for snacking on guacamole & salsa and sipping margaritas, which flows seamlessly to the dining area, beamed-ceiling living room and Sea of Cortez facing terrace. Each bedroom has a private en suite bathroom with tiled open walk-in shower, blackout curtains, cable TV and DVD player. The master suite also has a jetted whirlpool tub, dual vanities and walk-in closet. Additionally, the residence has a separate office and powder bathroom off of the main living area as well as a separate laundry area with front-loading washer and dryer. Other features for your convenience include complimentary wireless Internet, zoned AC, hairdryers in each bathroom and an in-residence safe.

In the fall of 2017 the fitness center is being updated with new equipment and a beautiful new outdoor stretching area.
-Take one of the complimentary exercise classes. Professional, local fitness instructors offer everything from yoga and reformer Pilates, to TRX and spinning, to Strong by Zumba and glutes & abs classes.
-Replenish with a smoothie, pressed juice or snack at the Hacienda Spa Cafe adjacent to the Fitness Center.
-Take a dip in the sea, boogie board in the waves or kayak to Lover’s Beach. The check-in process was easy, and the staff super friendly, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. Arrived to see margaritas and snacks waiting for us, what a nice surprise!

This was our 14th annual teacher trip and this was one of the BEST!Our stay at this Hacienda Beach Club (HBC) was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't be beat - right on the beach with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The residence was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. Our host Cindy was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was awesome to work with! As mentioned, the residence was immaculate! One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The beds, pillows, sheets were so comfy - I want that mattress! We were walking distance from the bustling marina and restaurants and shops. Even the popular "The Office" restaurant on the beach was a 5 minute walk. We had daily light cleaning service which was great. Another nice perk is that they provide towels for the beach and pool. This is considered a resort so you have bar/food service at both beach and pool which made it even better. These wonderful folks that work at HBC work extremely hard and are very good at what they do. Be sure to tip these servers - they are beyond accommodating. Also, you need to eat at their on-site restaurant Cocina Y Cantina - delicious! They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had both lunch and dinner here and it was fantastic!One of the best trips we've taken - We can't wait to come back!"

This was our third time at Hacienda Beach Club and Cindy's place did not disappoint. We always enjoy our time at the resort, but Cindy's condo was also perfect for our family. Lots of room, comfy beds, great view and everything we could need in terms of kitchen items, toiletries, towels, etc. We can't wait to visit again. Cindy was also extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule due to our daughter having an unexpected injury. It was as stress free as a trip can be with small children. Can't wait to visit again!
