Located in the luxurious beachfront resort community of Hacienda Beach Club & Residences, this 4-bedroom condo has a little something for everyone. The community is home to a private beach club with towel and waiter service, two community pools, renowned beachfront restaurant, luxury spa, fitness facility, kid's activities, and much more. And the best part of all is the unbeatable location! You are located right on Cabo's most popular and swimmable beach, Medano, as well as being walking distance from the marina, mall, and downtown Cabo San Lucas where you will find great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and more.
This residence is located in Building 5, closest to all of the community amenities and concierge desk. This stunning condo has four well-appointed bedrooms: three king rooms and one bedroom with two queen size beds. Two of the master suites open up directly on to the wrap-around terrace where you can relax and enjoy Cabo's perfect sunrises and sunsets. The main living area greets you with a beautiful ocean view along with blue artwork and color schemes that blend perfectly with the neutral colored wood beams and finishes.

** Please Note: Elements of the villa change from time-to-time. This can include, but is not limited to: furniture, finishes, appliances, new homes/structures, and/or foliage that may block the view. We strive to update our photos when a major element changes the villa's look and feel, but cannot be held responsible for damaged items that need to be replaced to ensure the comfort of our guests and/or plant growth. Please discuss this with your villa specialist and they will be happy to confirm photos or send you updated images to ensure your villa selection is an informed decision.
HOUSE RULES:

- No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement)
- Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc.
- Any existing damages (previous to rental) must be reported to Cabo Platinum within 24 hours of arrival.
- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival.
- No outside contracted services as this would jeopardize our guests' safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.
- Your Cabo Platinum villa rental includes a personal concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
- Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special consideration, please call us so we can discuss the best option for your vacation.

The resort and staff were amazing! Loved the ammenties, gym, pool and restaurant. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. Only issue was a water leak in the ceiling that started in a bedroom bathroom and then went to a hallway and then down a wall.
