Die fußläufige Nähe zu Neisse, Parks und Altstadt ist toll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Weißwein und auch ein Schoko-Leckerli für uns bereit.
Statt der beiden Stühle im Schlaf- Wohnbereich sollten 2 kleine Sessel aufgestellt werden. So etwas hat mir (60+) sehr gefehlt 😞

Gute Lage, gut eingerichtete Wohnung
Im Moment eingerüstet, unangenehmer Geruch, die angepriesenen Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind teilweise der Baustelle gewichen

Viel Raum, modern eingerichtet. Keine unnötige Teppiche. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Sogar Kaffee war da. Internetzugang, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Direkt an der Grenze. Modern eingerichtet.
Leider habe ich nirgendwo gelesen, dass wir auf 3. Etage die Koffer schleppen müssen. Der Geruch war so durchdringend, dass man sich nicht wirklich wohlfühlen konnte. Ich war mir nicht sicher, ob es wirklich ganz sauber ist. Der Geruch hat bei mir so Abneigungen geweckt, dass ich alle Sachen vorm Benutzen abgespült habe. Modern eingerichtet aber für mich nicht wirklich gemütlich.
