Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ist es auch nicht weit. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und auf der Straße vor dem Haus fahren nur sehr wenige Autos. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und neuwertig. Es ist ein großer Fernseher mit waipu.tv vorhanden.
Leider haben sich Bewohner der ganz oben liegenden Wohnung nicht immer an die Ruhezeiten gehalten. Es gab teilweise auch weit nach 22 Uhr noch Lärm im Treppenhaus und im benachbarten Gästebad schleuderte die Waschmaschine teilweise auch spät nachts. Die Internet-Verbindung hatte regelmäßig Aussetzer was beim TV schauen über waipu.tv etwas nervig war.

The accomodation is very well located in a beautiful small lane at the edge of the old town. We were very positively surprised by the amount of kitchen utensils and equipment. Overall the accomodation felt very well cared for. The communication with the hosts was very friendly and responsive.
The only thing is that our apartment was maybe not as private as we had assumed, since it is right next to a staircase. However in practice this was not an issue for us.
