Wygodne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, z widokiem na Nysę Łużycką. Czyste, schludne, dobrze wyposażone. Świetna baza do spacerów po Zgorzelcu i Goerlitz, a także krótkich wyjazdów nieco dalej. Dużym plusem jest stały kontakt z pomocnym właścicielem.
Uszkodzone drzwi główne do budynku. Ponadto niektórzy mieszkańcy tej i sąsiednich kamienic swoim zachowaniem i stylem życia nieco zniechęcają do przebywania w tym miejscu.

Die Wohnung war super sauber. Die Vermieterin hat uns gleich über einen vergessenen Gegenstand informiert und auf uns gewartet, bis wir ihn abgeholt haben. Fenster der Wohnung auf die ruhige Uferseite der Neiße mit Blick auf die deutsche Seite. Man kann sehr schön am Ufer entlang zur Fußgängerbrücke nach Görlitz laufen.

Es war alles Top und was uns wichtig war , auch sehr sehr sauber. Check-in und Check-Out ohne Probleme. Meine Kinder waren auch herzlich Willkommen .
