Schließsystem war etwas schwergängig. Toaster fehlte. Heizung hat sich im Laufe des Vormittags runtergefahren und die Wohnung wurde kühl(gern: Hinweis des Vermieters im Vorfeld?! ) Putzmittel für Toilette fehlte.

Excellent stay

A homely, yet very modern aparthotel in a superb location. Really thoughtful and trendy design and such fabulous value for money especially with the free breakfast offered A real gem in the centre of the town Would highly recommend

The on site restaurants had very good meals and were presented very nicely. The exterior of the hotel buildings were beautifully designed similar to the Joseon palaces.

The front desk staff were not very professional for that level of hotel. Their service level was that of a 2-3 star hotel. Also, they did not seem that familiar with the surrounding areas. Not very helpful. For a property that was designed architecturally to be a cultural attraction, there aren’t any cultural events, informative displays, or shared knowledge within the hotel. However, at one of their restaurants, there was a historical note on one of their menus which said that an item was the first outside food delivery made to a Joseon king. I had wanted more of this type of cultural and historical information within the rest of the hotel areas.
