Gorgeous recent renovation in the West End! Located on the top two floors of a recently renovated building, this 3BR/2BA condominium features original wide plank flooring and abundant natural light and has been thoughtfully upgraded with all modern features like Bosch stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, central air conditioning, and gas fireplaces. Enter into a spacious large room that features a comfortable living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining area - perfect for entertaining! There are also two bedrooms - each with a queen size bed, television and large closet - and large bathroom and in unit washer and dryer on this level. Upstairs features a large master suite (king sized bed) that runs the entire length of the building and features cathedral ceilings, skylights, large closets, another gas fireplace, and a spa-like master bath that features a shower with a rain shower head. Enjoy the exclusive use large stone patio accessed off a stairway off the kitchen featuring several seating areas and a grill. There is off-street parking for one car. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It is centrally located and close to everything, yet quiet. Check-in was easy. The interior is beautiful, spacious with 3 good-sized bedrooms, equipped with premium kitchen appliances and comfortably furnished. The yard is large and clean and perfect for grilling and dinner al fresco. We could not have asked for a better base for our week in Ptown. Thank you Don and Wayne!

6 of us stayed at Don’s place for a week - it was perfect. Beautiful home and incredible location - by far the best place our group has stayed in Ptown. All the bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved the patio. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is, and the owners, Don and Wayne, are amazing!Location-wise, it’s just perfect! It’s close to the Boatslip for daily tea dances, it’s near all the great restaurants and nightlife, and it’s only a block-and-a-half from Joe Coffee.The space itself is delightful. The floors are exquisite. Each room is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. And the primary suite on the top floor is a dream. On top of all of that, there’s the additional outdoor patio space!It’s a perfect, quiet spot to rest and sleep while being very close to the hustle-and-bustle of Ptown and everything it has to offer. I can’t wait to stay there again!
