The location, the sun on the patio all three months, and the condition of the unit were all outstanding. The staff at Vacasa were able to assist with any problems within 24 hours. The only thing that really needs to be addressed is the addition of flashlights or some form of additional lighting if the power goes out. We lost power during a storm in late afternoon....thank goodness the power came on just before dark. We bought a flashlight and left it there when wee left.

This is our 7th year here in GS and we love it. Near all and views are great. 3 Palms PMG is just great. We have been with them from the beginning (18 years) and Never have had a problem. And they love the "cookie lady".
