    The hotel was warm, cozy, and located in a charming area. It was very clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for a family holiday with children.

    Kartrite was perfect for a weekend trip with little kids (5 & 7). Waterpark is on the smaller side compared to Kalahari and Great Wolfe lodge but it was great for younger kids. Facility was clean and staff were all nice and helpful. I highly recommend the Kartrite hotel for your next trip!

    My overall experience could have been better. Unfortunately, I had to wait for my room two hours after check-in, which turns out that was the same issue happening to so many other guest visiting with their family. The hotel was under staff, no managers to speak to you when asked for one, and you’d likely not get a response from the manager who’s email is sent to you from the “texting service “ they have going on. There is no direct number you can reach the hotel nor anyone at the hotel you can talk to directly for any customer service related matters. My room was not clean properly, there was stains on the bed and toilet. The water park was a good place to visit. However, it’s not to many things to do there for it to be called the “biggest water park in New York”. Overall, this resort was the worst resort I’ve ever travel with my family and definitely not worth my money at all. We tried to make the best of the trip. However, this was the first and last I’ll ever be visiting this resort.
