The cleanliness of the room. Front desk staff and breakfast staff very kind and helpful.

The room and specifically the bed were very comfortable. If anything the only issue is the lack of sound proofing. The neighbors were playing music which was not helpful in my falling asleep.

LOcation was excellent for access to our destination

would like to see shuttle available to Resorts World

The staff was exceptional, and the rooms were a great size , very clean and comfortable.

This hotel was a very mixed bag. Certainly wasn't worth $269 a night and it certainly didn't live up to the reputation of the Hilton Hotel. They took us to a room that was supposed to be ours. The windows could not be opened and there was a very strong smell of sweat in the room that they tried to cover over with some kind of a perfume smell. We complained and they gave us so much nicer room, which was fine, Overall, but was still stuffy as there was no ability to open the window. The cleanliness of the hotel is generally good except for the issue with the first room.The pool was lovely and well kept, although small. I enjoyed swimming at it since I was the only person in the pool. If there were other people in the pool, would've been more difficult to get a proper swim. The breakfast was a disappointment. I expected the usual Hilton breakfast with bacon and eggs. The eggs must've been frozen as most everything else served and there was no bacon. The eggs were circles folded in half clearly mass produce somewhere. They did have sausage and home fries. I am gluten-free and they had no bread or pastry available that was gluten-free. The location was excellent for us and the staff was very helpful and very kind.
