    Very beautiful building and rooms. But whose idea was it to not have laundry facilities on the premises? And proper communication regarding actual costs of staying there is lacking.

    The hotel facilities were good, but I expected for in room microwave. The room was clean and tidy with beautiful view. The location quite far from Catskill Park, not suit for Catskill Park visitor.

    this hotel caters to the gamblers who come in for day trips mostly. It’s a little seedy to say the least. The staff at front desk upon check in are miserable and do not smile. Don’t wait for one. They seem annoyed esp a guy Will yikes. Only stayed due to nearby facility we needed to get to the next day. Pool was nice for kids, towel service yes. Restaurants and food are yukkk. Wld never choose this hotel but was located near our next stop.
