The apartment is great: spacious, clean, vey good for 4 people, kitchen perfectly equipped, really comfortable. Irene is super helpful and it is right on top a supermarket (Coop) with all you may need for a regular shopping. Dollar is very well located for daily tours to Stirling, Edinburgh, Perth....etc and very close to very interesting hiking trails in The Hermitage. Worthy to mention that right from the door of the apartment you can hike several beautiful easy and moderate trails.
If anything to say, the apartment is a two storey flat with the two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and kitchen, dining room and another bathroom downstarir, This has to be considered for people with disabilities. And no plug in the bathrrom is a disadvantage if you want to use the hairdryer but I am sure Irene will do something about this . And lastly, being in August, high season, price was a bit high but we knew how thigs are in here in August.

There was cheese,,bread,,crackers,,juice,,lots of little extras,,it was very thoughtful to leave these extras in the accommodation.we loved the fact that it is above the little co op,,there is the best Chinese takeaway just minutes away,,a cafe,,pub,,delicatessens,,I want to move there.x
The only downside I would foresee would be if you have a prom or very infirm,,there are outdoor steps to go up to get into the house,,not a problem for us ,,but could be for people with a pram.
No problem at all with parking,,we parked across from the house or in front of the Chinese,,plenty of parking.
