• 6-Night Minimum: Our AOAO resort rules require a minimum 6-night stay. We cannot accept bookings that leave unbookable gaps of less than 6 nights before or after your dates. For designated 7-night open slots, a full 7-night booking is required.
• Holiday Peak Season: During Christmas and New Year's, we accept bookings strictly under three options: 1) Exactly 1 week for Christmas, 2) Exactly 1 week for New Year's, or 3) A combined 2-week holiday block.
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental contract is required to finalize all bookings. Rates are subject to change if state taxes or resort fees adjust after booking.

Shane the greeter is awesome!! So nice and helpful. We come over annually for a soccer tournament. Over the past 4 stays, this has been the BEST unit we've experienced so far at Ko Olina Beach Villas. All have been nice, but this one was a bit extra. Nice furniture with drawers that close well on the nightstands and dressers, nice kitchen knives, pots and pans, some spices and great food storage containers! The closet with chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, wagon was great. First time we've had use of a wagon and we loved it!

Let me start by saying the location is spot on. If you’re looking for a relaxing Hawaiian vacation this is the place to go. The staff was amazing and very kind. The beach logon is so peaceful and the pools are amazing. We stayed here for 7 days as a family of 5. They did have all the back essentials needed for a good day at the beach which was great. The only bad thing was The maintenance of the villa. For the price we paid it wasn’t very clean or upgraded. The greater came and did a walk through and even noticed all the grease left on the stove and said he wouldn’t send the house keeper over to reclean it “which they never showed”. The bathrooms had dirty floor mats and the shower/ bathtubs in both restrooms were slimy & had hair. In regards to the bedroom, the beds were soft and comfortable but smelled wet/ moldy. The pillows had that wet moldy smell as well. Overall our experience was pleasant. Hopefully the give it a good cleaning for future visitors.
