Aloha and welcome to your paradise getaway! Located within the beautiful Beach Villas at Ko Olina, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Relax on the large lanai while enjoying breathtaking views of the coastal horizon and serene lagoons, where you can sink your toes into velvety sand and swim in crystal-clear waters.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a modular sofa that can be used as a bed. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances and a countertop with seating for three, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.
Surrounded by four picturesque lagoons, Ko Olina is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, providing convenient dining and shopping options. While a car is recommended for exploring the island, the resort also offers a shuttle within its gated community.

This villa comes with one parking stall allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort`s discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.

weather = did not use pool, room clean. Had to request sheets for sleeping in front room (unit allowed up to 6 quests, so was an oversight by housekeeping), dish washer failed, but was fixed same day. Location of this unit was exceptional, looking west over the quiet pool area onto the ocean.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The space, the luxury, the beauty of the whole property, location and proximity to Kapolei with groceries, restaurants etc is perfect. You can walk to restaurants, hair salons, multiple lagoons. There’s amazing local food and shaved ice etc ten minutes drive. Target and Walmart are 10-15 minutes away as well. The bar offers the feel of a hotel but the luxury of grills, spacious living space, and gourmet kitchen allows you to enjoy in a more personal way. The pools are fantastic and the ocean of beautiful. Sunset walks and views are out of this world. The kids LOVED feeding the koi as well. Great for a young family where cranky kids can be tough in a hotel. Would love to come back. The kitchen and bathrooms were divine. We also had two balconies so amazing views of both sunrise and sunset!
