Relax in our professionally designed villa, featuring two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. For additional guests, a queen air mattress is available in the living room.
Wake up to breathtaking lagoon views and enjoy breakfast on the lanai overlooking the lagoon pool, koi pond, and sandy-bottom children’s pool. The kitchen, designed by world-renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, is outfitted with premium appliances, including Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Bosch, ensuring a seamless culinary experience.

This villa comes with one parking stall allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort's discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is lush and well manicured. The staff is kind and helpful. The “quite” pool was our view with the ocean view in the background. The “family” pool was more noisy of course, but also where the pool bar and BBQ’s are, so we spent time at both. This was the perfect spot for us, we used the gym regularly and enjoyed all the local access to restaurants nearby. Definitely would stay here again as the unit had everything we needed to be comfortable.
