Getting to the VRBO was difficult as we had to go around the main house reach over to open a gate and walked through a very poorly paved walkway that was difficult to manage with all of our bags and groceries.We were there for our daughter’s wedding so the next day walking through that same path with my high heels on was also very precarious coming home in the dark and walking back to the unit was also very precarious as there were no lights to help maneuver again, a very sketchy poorly paved walk away.Poorly stocked with no drinking glasses, just coffee mugs.The host was very kind, and very much enjoyed their dogs coming to visit us.

This beautiful casita is now the gold standard by which all future home rentals will be judged by!! Mike is the most gracious host and the 2 furry hosts were absolutely awesome!! This rental had all the things! Lovely furniture. Comfortable bed. Great linens. And gorgeous gardens to sit outside and explore. The space is perfectly designed and will make your stay very enjoyable. The peace de resistance is the shower era!!!! What a glorious way to start and end your day!!! We loved being here. 10/10!!!!

We had no idea how beautiful Fallbrook was, and this spot on this beautiful property made us feel so special. We came for a competition and did not know what to expect. We made doggy friends and were super cozy. We loved all the tress and the beautiful yard. We brought food but close to lots of shopping and food.

Nice larger studio layed out in a U shape that gives a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen area. That also created a large separate bathroom. All finishes were nice, and the unit was privately located. Very enjoyable stay.

Overall a good experience. The description of the property were as listed. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We wanted a place close to the concert venue as well as a winery. The area was so quiet and peaceful. The Casita was not only detached but far enough from the main house that Mike said no worries if my husband (or me) yelled at the TV over a football game. 😆 The shower alone was well worth the stay! It's a nice space but the couch is old and cushions are a little worn out. The shades need to be replaced as well. There is no counter space in the bathroom but we made it work. The bed was comfortable and a good night sleep for when we were sleeping. If you want privacy then this would be the place. The dogs were very friendly coming to the door for treats. It was so quiet and a change from staying in a big city. Vrbo did not let me down.

We loved our stay. Prior to arriving we got very detailed instructions about what to expect. Since we flew in late at night, this was extremely helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful. The property is clean and well kept. The inside is updated and everything was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The dogs were a fun addition to have around. We’d definitely stay again.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Mike was Super nice and we loved his dogs. My only suggestion is that it needs some newer kitchen towels and dish cloths and the refrigerator shouldn't have previously opened food or drinks left in it. We would definitely stay her again!!

This is a quiet bungalow set in the foothills near Fallbrook CA. There is a full kitchen and lovely bathroom (the shower is amazing). The bed is very comfortable (no back ache like I usually have staying away) and there is ample seating inside and out. Shade trees cover the outside seating (think wine and chill). Mike and Ella are lovely hosts and their two Doggies are so sweet. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. Jill & Don
