Paul and Sandy always have a sweet place and a couple nice smiles and friendly hellos for me when I return here each year. This place is heaven. 360 degree views and very quiet and the flowers and landscaping is immaculate!

My wife and I spent 40 days at this very nice guest house in Fallbrook. The location was perfect with beautiful views to the south. The house had all of the amenities that we were looking for---washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, Netflix, Peacock and other streaming channels. 30 minutes to the beach in Oceanside, beach towels, chairs and umbrella were furnished. Very close to downtown Fallbrook where every Saturday there was a street fair. The hosts were very accomodating and we had a bottle of wine, chocolates, snack bars and biscotti upon our arrival. We had our own patio area with bbq. Close to Temecula, Oceanside, Vista and Escondido. Lots of wineries in the area. Will definitley consider this rental for next summer.

This has to be by far the best place we've ever stayed at! The location is Fallbrook which is not only a smaller community, but very quaint and lovely. The couple that run this place were nice and friendly and offered help if we needed it. Check in and out was easy and simple. We will be using them again on our next vaca to California!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The property is well kept and very clean. Even though we didn’t meet the host directly they made us feel very welcome with a charcuterie board and bottle of wine upon arrival. Guests also have access to a private balcony, BBQ, patio, and lawn area. The views are beautiful, the ambiance peaceful and charming. We will be returning.

A beautiful home situated atop a hill, looking down around the entire area, with spectacular views and exquisitely landscaped. Marvelous goodies and treats welcomed us for what turned out to be one of the most remarkable and restful stays we’ve had in quite sometime. This is a great location for getting to the wineries, to Oceanside Beach and many other small towns in the area. The apartment has a beautiful back yard with a view over the valley. Excellent hosts also. We enjoyed our stay.

We could not be happier with the accommodations for our stay. The guesthouse is private, large, and opens to a garden oasis of yard space. You have views and several seating options - under the veranda, under the trees, at the fire pit, under the blooming canopy, in the green grass, and more. Look out any window to see the beautiful landscaping of flowers, trees, blooming vines, succulents, and other greenery. We arrived much later than expected after a long day and drive and entered to find a bottle of wine, sparkling water, chocolates, and a charcuterie tray. The hosts go beyond providing everything you need for your stay, even beach chairs and sunscreen if you venture out to the ocean. Rest assured that you will have your privacy even though the owners live onsite in the main house. It was the quiet getaway that we needed for relaxation and self-care.

We had a great time in Fallbrook at the rental. The house was clean, hosts were wonderful, the rental had everything we needed from the kitchen to the washer/dryer, located in a great location with beautiful views the outdoor space was nice to relax out on and unwind. It was quite and yet close to town, restaurants and wineries and we appreciated the meat and cheese board very much. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again. The property is absolutely beautiful! Fabulous view and very comfortable. Location is close to downtown Fallbrook and not too far from local wineries and Temecula. The owner's were great hosts, supplying guests with really everything you will need. Also so lovely, they had a bottle of wine, chocolate, sparkling and bottled water as well as a wonderful charcuiterre board upon our arrival. Oh and our grandchildren were welcome. We will absolutely stay again soon! Thank you!!

Paul and his wife really laid out the red carpet in designing and outfitting their lovely oasis perched on a hilltop above Fallbrook. They were the most generous hosts possible, with great attention to detail and gifts of food, wine, snacks and such in their recently completed and very comfortable refuge. Thanks so much! I have traveled to many places around the world staying in Airbnbs and VRBOs. Italy, France, The Netherlands, Bermuda and so on. I have never been treated as well as I was staying at this paradise! Paul and his wife were phenomenal hosts! We were treated with several niceties when we arrived. There was a bottle of wine, a plate of cheeses, meats and fruits. Also bagels and cream cheese. The pictures do not show exactly how incredible the scenery is! Stay here..... u will absolutley not regret it!
