The Lady who checked us in was very nice. the room was ok. nice size. the one couch was stained and dirty. the carpet was old and dirty. Noisy at night. hard to sleep. it smelled like smoke in the hallway. The price for one night was expensive.

Horrible place to stay. It's a housing for homeless and majority are long term staying. Dogs barking, random people knocking on doors late, not a safe location for sending my family. Had to explain to kids about drugs that were out and in the open. Never staying here again

The sheets and towels were clean and the room was maintained well though outdated. It was very noisy with guests in other rooms up at all hours and very thin walls. If you check in “at night” you have to go to a little corner window outside and ring a bell. For a late night place to sleep and an early go, it was ok.

The room was huge and clean, bed was comfortable. The downside of the hotel are the long term residents that smoke pot and have crying babies and make some noise at night. The walls are thin. It wasn't awful. It's a decent mediocre hotel. From what I can tell, the other low budget hotels in the neighborhood are much worse.

My room was given to me as what they called an upgrade and upon entering, you can see it had been used. Either not cleaned or used after cleaning and left a mess for the mext guest. It was a disappointment.

Prices when first purchased were almost double as when we were actually out there. Rooms seem old and outdated and there is no breakfast in the mornings. Beds were ok but not the best and the pillows are fairly hard. Neighbor was yelling at all times of the night a room over cursing.

Once we arrived to our room we do the usual look around to make sure everything looks okay. When looking around we found mold in the nightstand, bugs on the floor in the bathroom, a 2 inch gap under the entry door which we had to cover because it let in light from the outside lights as well as cold air and cigarette smoke. There was also no remote control for the tv so at 9pm the front desk required me to walk to them to pick it up. The bed was also hard and pillows were flat. Overall this was the worse hotel we have stayed at from the choices on this site. I would like a full refund for our stay because this was not an acceptable hotel for this site to be using as an option to stay at.

I woke up at 3 am to use the bathroom. Turned on the light over the night stand and was startled by a live 1inch bug crawling on the cover of my water tumbler! So bad……

The check in went great. There is a cafe across the street and also a sandwich shop. There was coffee in the room, refrigerator and microwave. The little couch with a coffee table was nice and you could see the tv from both the bed and couch. The only thing was the bedspread had a caked on something it looked like it could be blood. Which I didn’t noticed until I got into bed. I couldn’t figure out how to work the temp control device. So I froze all night and couldn’t hardly get any sleep. The lot next store was a big empty field so we walked our dog there and we actually ran into a conservancy preserve. It had a lot of nice paths to walk. Our dog loved the walk. What a good way to kill time. One of the things that wasn’t so good they didn’t have any breakfast for the price we paid there should have been something. We may be back again.

The room was extremely comfortable. they had a separate sitting area with a balcony with table and chairs. We were with family so we just needed a place to sleep and sleep we did! The bed was super comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars was the door to the balcony wouldn't lock, but otherwise everything was great, will definitely stay there again.

Really noisy Im sure there are many health code violations at this establishment. The staff was friendly.

It was not what was picture in the profile. Room had roach traps in the bathroom with dead roaches in them. The room had an odor. Was given a handicap room which I did not request. Reservations were made in plenty time to have a nice room if they exist. Continental breakfast was supposed to be included and was not available. Paid more than what room was worth. DISAPPOINTED....

Property/rooms were very dated. A/C worked fine but very noisy because it was an old style wall unit. Room was a suite so we were able to spread out a little. Property had an excellent location for Fallbrook eating and shopping.
