The staff was friendly, it was exactly the location I needed to be, and I was able to bring my dog. There was a mini fridge and a microwave, which was useful.

This was the grossest room I have ever stayed in, and I have done a lot of budget traveling. I don't know how their rating is so good, just based on my experience. The floor, the walls, doorjambs, baseboards, and even ceilings were filthy. There was blood on the floor by the mini fridge, and the countertop was trashed. The toilet was so dirty that it was made cleaner just by flushing it. The shower wall was cracked from top to bottom, and there was black mold on all the caulking. The fiberglass surface of the tub was entirely stained. There was hair and trash in the bathtub drain. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, so you had to either hover over it or sit on the bare porcelain. The toilet paper on the dispenser had a brown fingerprint on it, and the only backup roll had a blue stain on it, I assumed which was cleaning chemicals at first, but I don't know when the last time this bathroom had been cleaned was. I didn't even let me dog walk into the bathroom, it was unsafe. The drywall was broken around one of the outlets on the wall in the main room. The bedspreads were old and tattered, and who knows if they were clean. The sheets were luckily clean. The bed frames had screws and washers in the most random places, which was weird but I suppose didn't affect my experience there much. I should have taken more photos, but there was just so much that it kept getting worse the longer I looked. I just went to sleep and got out of there as soon as I could. And I took a picture of the key drop, which while not a problem in itself, was an excellent summary of the overall vibe of this property. It was like a horror movie.

Rude when I called office about WiFi .. did not get the WiFi password .. hung up on me after I politely requested man to PLEASE speak slowly - man had accent - I went there to be in a quiet place to complete a work project with deadline - I was unable to do my work because I did not get WiFi password

Spacious cool room with a firm bed and a good nights sleep. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and efficient staff. Good price and for us a great location. There is a doughnut store with coffee and fresh rolls on the other side of the street and a great diner a mile away.

The Jacuzzi was cold, dark and dead. The jets worked but it would have taken a long time to warm it up. The room closet smelled musty and had no hangers. The bathroom was very unpleasant due to a severely leaking faucet in the tub. The tub was dirty and full of black mildew. We decided to skip the morning shower.

Proximity to Sports Park.

Not too clean. Long term residents looked like drug addicts. Small roaches in restroom. Sheets smelled washed but looked dirty.

I paid for one month in advance. Check in confirmed but room not ready until the following day.. I was given a temporary room that was very unclean and not at all as presented on Booking.com. I immediately left and requested a refund. Property manager refused a refund and Booking.com did very little to assist me. I filed a BBB complaint and a dispute of charges with my bank. The following day I received a message from the property manager apologizing who claimed to send the refund to Booking.com. I have request my substantial refund from Booking.com but still have not received it.

Unclean room and misrepresented. Difficulty in communicating with staff due to language barrier.

The beds where soft and pool and Jacuzzi were great

I didn't like the having to pay a $100 dollar deposit and when they refunded the deposit instead of refunding me the total, I only got back $90 which they lied to me about upon checking in stating to me I would get it all back.

The location

The beds were old and extremely noisy and uncomfortable because the box spring was done. The walls were dirty. It smelled of cigarettes in the non-smoking room. They only gave us 2 towels for 4 adults. The floors looked dirty and felt grimey. The coffee maker was missing parts. So we called the front desk for a new coffee maker and extra towels. We had to go pick that up. They only gave us 1 set of towels and were told to wait until 11 am. to ask housekeeping for more.

The room we got smelt like cat. I refused to walk around without any type of foot coverage on. It did not look like the pictures online in terms of cleanliness. There was chipped paint the couch looked like a cat attacked it. Just not my cup of tea.

Dirty, moldy, dusty. Ready to knock down and build a new.

The lamp did not work. It didn’t even have a plug on it. The toilet had not been cleaned!!! The “ country inn” was located on the main street between to restaurants. Country really?

When I arrived, my door was open and noticed my room was not clean. I asked front desk clean my room and he said it had already been cleaned, but they leave the door open for fresh air. I went back up to the room and took pictures of how dirty the room was crumbs on the table hair in the bed filth in the bathroom counter is not being wiped off, and the floors were still dirty. He told me that he would have the housekeeper go up and re-clean the room. The housekeeper never came back up to re-clean the room. The front desk told me that they had rec cleaned the room.

The Hotel Lobby Attendant/Staff Member was very Helpful, Patient, and Understanding. I also liked how all of the rooms are separate and have their own Entrance, second Sliding Glass Door, and Patio. The lighting in the rooms was also pretty good!

The Cleanliness of the Floors... I had/took my Shoes and Socks off for the Night and by the Morning they had turned completely Black from dirt, dust, etc....

The whole floor was filthy, the bathroom floor felt so slimy that I cleaned it myself with baby wipes, the frig did not close so our ice for our cooler couldn’t freeze, the bathroom was not clean and the whole place could use a coat of paint.

The people were friendly; it was cheap and close to a wedding I was attending.

The toilet seat was not cleaned, the sheets seemed okay but had crumbs and fuzz of some sort all over. The couch was old, which is fine, but it was starting to rip/fall apart. The shower floor was gray and in general the room did not feel clean or well maintained. I understand an older place will have wear, especially with the price, but the cleaning and maintenance should be improved greatly. Ultimately I did not feel comfortable sleeping there and left after the wedding I attended.

The staff was sweet!

Omg it was absolutely disgusting! So dirty, old, tub was moldy, it was non-smoking but smelled horrible like cigarettes & weed, my pillowcase was stained with what looked like urine. I cannot emphasize how disgustingly gross, dirty & scary it was that bugs would come out at night so slept with lights on. Also, paid for a deluxe room but checking in they said they had none but did not receive a refund for the difference.

The hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The room smelled light rotting animal and cigarettes. There was grime and the walls, dirty pantyhose on the bathroom and yellow stains on the bed.

i was disgusting.. Where to start. Filthy, paint peeling, front door is filthy, black mold under the sink, refrigerator door was completely off, peeling paint in the bathroom, no clock, sheets were stained.....

The property is very lovely. Clean and most of all we felt safe.

I loved everything about this place.

The price based on short planning. Was nice and quiet location.

There were cockroaches in my room!! The water did not get hot in the shower. I’ve stayed here before but it seems that the quality of care of the rooms are going downhill. The visit prior the shower did not drain. I am not sure if I would book again. Even though when I travel to this area this WAS by far my favorite hotel.

Pool was nice size and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was clean and nice.

No table in room, no telephone in room. No outside patio table either. Sliding door to unit from patio was unlocked on arrival and door handle was broken
