Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer you “Sammy’s Cottage”. This updated 2 bedroom, one bath vintage island cottage is located in the historic Kings Terrace Subdivision and situated on a large .33 acre lot. Sammy's has a large back deck perfect for sipping afternoon cocktails while enjoying the beautiful live oak trees and wonderful island sunsets.
The nicely furnished living room has a 48" flat screen HDTV with an upgraded cable package and plenty of seating for you and your family! The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom each have 32" flat screen smart TVs and very comfortable bedding. Your doggie will enjoy the roominess of this cottage as well as access to plenty of walking trails in the area.
Sammy's Cottage is in a great location - less than one mile to the main Pier & Village area and less than 2 miles to the best beach access points! It’s the perfect location for riding the many miles of biking trails waiting for you. Don’t forget to look for the SSI Tree Spirits hiding all over the island!
Sammy’s Cottage is the perfect dog-friendly cottage located at 217 Anguilla Avenue on beautiful St. Simons Island.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Dogs are welcome with $100/pup non-refundable pet fee.
• Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the cottage
•1.9 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 3/4 mile to Pier Village
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs with upgraded cable packages at this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

1 - Queen
2 - Twin
1 - Sleeper sofa

The accommodations were great! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very pet friendly. The location was also great. It was a very short ride to the pier, restaurants and shops.

Half a mile walk to shops and restaurants. Cute and clean bungalow. Short drive to beaches. Dog friendly. Big yard. Quiet street. Airport was no bother. My only critique is I wish they used keyless entry. Picking up and dropping off the key was kinda a pain hailing our RV. Most places use a code to enter properties.
