The location of the property was great. Convenient to Pier Village.
Also, unit 112 was great. Close to pool and dumpster (you need that when you check out). Covered parking for 1 car but more guest parking available.
Lots of pool towels and Towels. Full washer dryer.
We like that there were no twin beds. We needed the minimum of a full / queen in each bedroom.
Couch was soft and could have been firmer. Other seating was good.
The upstairs bedroom did not have its own thermostat but did have a fan. We had to turn the lower floor thermostat down to make it colder so the upstairs was comfortable. We made it work and it was fine.

Having the pickelball courts 4 minutes away (outside of the complex) was awesome. The pier and town were a 10+ minute walk. The swimming pool was clean and the kitchen had most of the things you need including a ninja blender, a keurig.
The only thing that could have made this place better would have been an ocean view.
