Come and enjoy this 16 acre complex, with 2 pools (one is heated), tennis courts, large playground, private stocked lake for those fishing enthusiasts, and a fully equipped clubhouse with WiFi, business center, fitness center, more. Plenty of green space with gas grills and much more to enjoy on the property. The complex is walking distance to the Pier Village area with tons of unique shops and restaurants to satisfy every appetite. There is a public beach access with plenty of parking about a mile away.
Comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2 story townhome. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom room has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa if additional sleeping accommodations are needed. Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6. Enjoy sitting out on the patio with an umbrella covered table and chairs. Located across from the back pool. Book today for a wonderful island vacation.

No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
