Sea Casa was perfect for our stay on Tybee. The Mermaids were very helpful, even lending us a dog crate. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog, and everything was just wonderful. 6 stars out of 5!

This is the second time we’ve stayed and it’s wonderful!! It had everything we needed and more! The location is perfect for everything, the beach, restaurants, peace and quiet, it’s great!! Great kitchen with everything to make a meal, plenty of room for privacy and the sunroom..We stayed out there more than anywhere in the house! We love Mermaid Cottages and have stayed with them for years!!

While I could tell the story of my family and our trip to the beach, the part you probably want to know about involves the house and the property management.
They were wonderful. The house was simple and clean. The bright and airy feel evoked the sense of the beach life that we were eager to enjoy. And indeed it was just a short walk to the beach. Which, on the busy weekend we visited, meant we didn't have to fight for parking. That's a huge plus. There was a helpful book regarding the island on the coffee table, and for the entire time of our visit, we had phone access to a local person who was more than eager to help. The house was just big enough that when we wanted to step away from the beach, we didn't feel like we were retreating into a confined space. Although, if you get stuck inside for multiple days in a row, it might not continue to feel that way. There is a large covered patio to lounge on, and a sizable back yard which is wonderful if you need to travel with pets (like our dog). Overall, we would highly recommend them.
