About this house rental
This upstairs unit features a deck, a pet-friendly policy, and a full kitchen—within walking distance of local restaurants, beach bars, and the Tybee Island Light Station. The beach walkway directly across the street provides quick and easy access to Tybee Island's Atlantic shoreline. Savannah is 25–30 minutes away. Built for families and groups wanting a walkable beach base with room to spread out.
This is an upstairs unit. Guests will climb the exterior wooden stairs and enter through the front door labeled with a "C" by using a digital keypad. Enter into the hallway leading to all areas of the condo. The first door on the left is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom on the right has two full beds. The next door on the right is the laundry room. The second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is across from the laundry space. At the end of the hall, you will find the open-concept fully-equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room. The living room has a sofa bed, two chairs, and a SmartTV. Additional seating is available at the dining table with four chairs.
Access to the patio is through the living room.
Across the street is a walking path to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay here. Quite, simple perfect size for our family of 5. Kitchen and dining area plenty big enough for us all to relax. Balcony porch area, more than enough seating. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Adequate. Beds were not very comfortable. Door rack in frig was broken. Front door lock not working when we arrived. One patio door does not have a lock. No safety features in bathroom, slippery tub, no grab bars. Management did not seem to be concerned with our issues on arrival and due to issues regarding the storm
