LOVED EVERYTHING BUT NOT GETTING MY DEPOSIT BACK

SOMEONE TEXTED ME STATING WE HAD TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE HOUSE, IVE YET TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK AND THE NUMBER IS WHOM GAVE ADDRESS AND KEYLESS ENTRY PASSSWORD PLUS ALL OTHER INFORMATION BEFORE AND DURING OUR STAY

We liked being close to the beach.

When we first arrived, we mistakenly entered the wrong unit, even though the door code worked. We saw their personal belongings and immediately left. It was alarming to know that we had the same door codes and the other unit. Then, the parking was a disaster. There is no sufficient parking for the tight spaced cottages. This was an issue every time we returned. Upon entering, the unit smelled like a dirty dog had been there for days, and smelled bad the entire time, even though we bought Febreeze to try and make it tolerable. The area rugs obviously had not been cleaned and even appeared dirty. We utilized the washer & dryer only to find that someone had left a complete set of linens in the dryer. We kept them with us in our unit until we left, the folded and placed them on top of the washer as we left. (to avoid possibly being charged for them. Bathroom: There was mold around the top of the bathtub what had obviously been there for quite some time, along with a nasty drain plug that looked like it had corrosion all around it. I dropped a tube of lipstick that went underneath the vanity and when I got down to look underneath to retrieve it, I found a pile of various items, including crackers! I left all of it in a pile for the Host or cleaning crew to find. In the kitchen, the dish drainer hadn't been cleaned and looked unsanitary to put clean dishes in. There were no ice trays to accommodate for lack of an icemaker. In addition, the wire rack in the freezer was rusty, another item that appeared unsanitary. * Several of the window blinds were defective or didn't work at all. * There were no instructions for the tv so we could find local channels to get weather reports, sightseeing information, etc, * There was a problem with the heating unit. It took close to 25 minutes to stop blowing cold air and get slightly warm. , I took pictures of everything that I've mentioned plus pictures of how we left it.
