The location was great! It was on the less busy side of Tybee, which is a huge plus for us.

The parking spot was tiny! We were in a Toyota Highlander and it took many pull forward and back ups to get in and out of the space. The downstairs rental had large SUVs parked beside us, which made it a lot more difficult getting in and out.

The location was fine. Pretty easy to get to, and it had nice access to the beach and whatnot.

It was not clean, and it was way too small as advertised. It CANNOT sleep 10 people: four adults, four kids, MAXIMUM. They were very chintzy on stuff like garbage bags. The place needs to be fixed up. The doorknob came loose, there was a roach in the shower, garbage in the beach wagons, etc. Overall, it had potential, but it was run-down and felt like a rental with a lazy cleaning/maintenance crew. The most irritating thing was that the washing machine was broken and did not work. Plus they charged me a dog fee, when Booking.com says "no extra fees." Kinda horseshit, honestly. It felt like a cash-strapped owner and a money grab. I'm not saying this to be mean or a "Karen," but people should know what they are getting, and we stayed for five days. Knowing what I know now, I'd take a hard pass. Maybe they fix it up and get a better management company, but I'd be pissed as the owner if I were aware of what's actually going on at this property because reviews like this don't help business.
