Great price and really comfortable room. One of the most comfortable we’ve stayed in during our travels. Lovely owner too. Helped us book things and was really kind. You will probably need to rent a scooter. Easiest way to get places

Relaxing location with a more authentic feeling than touristy resorts

More of a local location rather than touristy. Beautiful garden with loads of wildlife especially frogs. A few restaurants, 7-eleven and a market nearby. A short drive to everything else. Comfortable beds and a great sized room. The owner is really nice and the check in was simple.

I'd I really had to find something I didn't like I'd say it has basic amenities but for the price you can't complain.

Perfect stay around Khao Lak

The room is super large and clean and the bed is just per-fect. There is a nice Thai life around this place, especially a large market (6h-14h), don’t miss it ! Beach is 30 mins by walk.

Comfortable and clean room, lovely owner, great location.

The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed - we slept very well here. The grounds of the hotel are peaceful and all rooms have an outdoor space to enjoy. Great location - near to everything/shops/main road. The owner provided free bottles of water each day which was great, and was very lovely - she let us check out late at no additional charge so we could be close to the coach with our bags. Also hired a fab motorbike from the owner at a reasonable price. Me and my partner have been travelling southeast asia for the past two months and for the money, this is by far the best property we have stayed at so far.

No faults really. Only had one toilet roll for three days but was no problem with a 7/11 around the corner we could buy some ourselves.

This is a ‚Heart+++‘ accomodation Very nice Thai-owner family (Mr.Chu & wife) Central in Khaolak Scooter can be rented (5 minutes to Khuk Khak Beach) Daily fresh Thai-market (great!) = next corner /you can walk 7Eleven = next corner/walking distance (with fresh pastry in the morning from a good bakery (Croisants, muffins, cakes) Mother‘s Marche + Lotus go fresh (new) + PTT gasoline station on main street close to Mr.Chu‘s Very clean room, small fridge (Minibar), comfortable mattress, A/C Aircondition

Quiet and nice room

- Late check out at no additional cost. Because I wanted to do a four-day liveaboard, I was allowed to stay in my room until 4 p.m. I didn't have to pay more for that. - Calm No traffic noise, no barking dogs at night, no mosque at 4am, no chickens at 5am. - Very comfortable double bed - Scooters for rent - Clean - Friendly - Taxi to the dive shop At 4 p.m. they drove me to the dive shop on time.

- Far from everything You need a scooter. - Dogs barking during the day I heard a large dog barking near the property several times during the day. - No sign, hard to find You should give the phone number of the hotel to the taxi driver; he will call and ask where it is. Then the owner will be waiting for you smiling at the entrance. - Mrchu means Mr Chu. This is the owner's name. It's misspelled on Booking.com. No taxi driver will understand Mrchu.

More than worth the money, for someone who do not wish to stay in crowded resorts.

If you are looking for a good place to rest between your days in beautiful KhaoLak area and do not wish to stay in resorts this is the place. Off the too tourist areas, and still everything is located near enough. Rent a motobike and you´ll have access to all the beautiful beaches. Rooms are new, simple and stylish decor, super clean, spacious and the whole building is brand new, so no need to worry about moldy mattresses and the most important thing AIR CON, new and fresh. Bedlinen are good quality and the mattress is super comfortable. Not too hard or not too soft, I´d say european style. Enough towels , which are fresh and clean. Good, open storage for your luggage, so no need to worry about mold there either. Shower is modern and BIG+ for that shampoo and showergel come in refillable containers, say no to those single use plastic bottles!!! Located near the local fresh food market, where you can enjoy early breakfast or just enjoy the hussle and bustle of early mornings. Around market area you´ll find many local shops, pop in and find out a different world of shopping instead of supermarkets and 7/11 shops. Of course, the nearest 7/11 is just next to the fresh food market. 200 meters away is a small pond that has a running track around it for those who enjoy early morning or sunset runs. Bang Niang Market within walking distance, but remember to be careful when crossing the main road, it is highway from Phuket to Bangkok. Nearby you can find great restaurants with real Thai food. Owners are the best! They have also motorbikes for rent and run a restaurant nearby and also organize all kinds of trips , snorkeling, visits to Khao Sok National park etc. MrChu and his wife Mim are one of the loveliest people in Thailand that I have met. Always helping their customers and making sure that your visit is a happy one.

Please note that place is located a bit off from the tourist traps of Khao Lak, someone who is a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, mornings do start early and roosters and dogs wake up early. Did not bother me, but so that you know.

Loin de tout. Scooter impératif. Les chiens des voisins aboient continuellement et surtout la nuit. Pensez au boules Quies.

Leider gibt es einen Haufen negativer Punkte zu berichten: - Es gab keine Rezeption - Kontakt gab's nur per WhatsApp - Der Pass wird nicht gecheckt - sehr unseriös / inoffiziell - Das Grundstück wirkt ramschig / ungepflegt (sh. Fotos) - Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt - nicht mal neue Handtücher - Kleiner Tresor - ein Notebook passt da leider nicht hinein - Die Gastgeberin hat leider komplett ihren Beruf verfehlt - Trotz Beschwerde nicht reagiert (z.B. mit Teilerstattung) - Stattdessen nur noch mehr Stress gemacht / diskutiert - Keine Kameras / sonstigen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen - Das Schiebefenster geschlossen aber nicht verriegelt (!) - Die Handtücher hatten braune Flecken und stanken - Abends haufenweise Moskitos - Nachts ständiges Hundegebell - Kein WiFi - Kein TV

Mit Roller ist es dort bestens

Aller sehr gut gepflegt, ruhig und sauber, freundlicher Empfang, Fotos stimmen, kleine Küche für alle nutzbar, Markt mit Obst, Gemüse und Fisch täglich zu Fuss in 4 Min zu erreichen, Essensmöglichkeiten abends auch zu Fuss erreichbar, Umgebung ruhig, kein Nachtleben, Roller ausleihen günstig möglich, ein kleiner Minimarkt mit ' Bar' in 2 Min zu Fuss,,

Strand zu Fuss nicht erreichbar; Mit motorisiertem Fahrzeug ist dort alles super, aber wer nur zu Fuss unterwegs ist, ist dort nicht am richtigen Platz, Taxis teuer und die schönen Strände sind alle mindestens 15 Minuten mit dem Roller weg

Hell und sauber

Ein komfortables und sehr sauberes Zimmer mit einer kleinen Veranda. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht - ein angenehm weiches Bett, eine funktionierende Dusche, Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Für ein paar Tage war es perfekt.

Kleine, ruhige Anlage. Außer dem Kühlschrank im Zimmer steht im Außenbereich eine Küchenzeile zur Verfügung. Strand und Zentrum ca. 2 km entfernt, man kann sehr günstig Roller mieten.

Eine Super-Unterkunft, immer wieder gern.

Einfach perfekt. Ruhige Lage aber zum Frühstück morgens nur 5 min zum morning-market. Das Zimmer perfekt: groß geräumig, daß Badezimmer (mit Warmwasser) ebenfalls. Es ist alles wie neu. Heißwasserkocher+Kaffee im Zimmer, Kaffee wurde nach 3 Tagen schon wieder aufgefüllt. Jeden Morgen brachte die junge Chefin 2 Wasserflaschen vorbei und gab uns manchen Tip. Das muss man besonders betonen: die junge Chefin außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, habe ich auf meinen Reisen selten erlebt. Die Unterkunft liegt natürlich nicht am Strand, aber mit Motobike ist alles gut erreichbar. Alles in allem eine Super-Unterkunft, Preis-leistungsverhältnis einfach super. Besser geht's nicht.
