Ave Paraíso - Cozy and Sunny house

Location was good, very quite at night and close to all amenities, shops just a few min away. We can recommend this property and will go back if available.

A lovely place, in a quiet location, in a secure gated small complex with a communal pool if you want it. You see the sun from sunrise till early evening if you're in the little terrace. We sat out first thing every day and in the evenings before going out. All the facilities you'd need for a comfortable holiday. Fefi is really lovely, really relaxed and very accomodating. Left a really lovely welcome package and there are a few things already there for when you first arrive. Ideal location for access to the beach, "the strip", restaraunts and there are some great shops around for pretty much everything you might need for a holiday stay. We had a really lovely and relaxed holiday in a really lovely place to stay. Thanks Fefi 👍

Nothing bad to say at all. Our stay was without issue.

Perfect for a stay with my father. Facilities great, very clean and modern property. Bedroom on the bottom floor and then up some stairs to bedroom 2. Perfect for privacy. Very quiet location just a few minutes walk to the main strip where there are many restaurants and bars. Beds were very comfortable and nice bedding. As it is a detached property, there is no noise of other people that you tend to get in an apartment block. The owner is a lovely local lady who answers any queries quickly by WhatsApp. You can tell that she takes great pride in keeping the property to a high homely standard. We had a fabulous 6 night stay here and would definitely return. This is a gem of a property.

Outstanding host who helped us with a medical emergency going above and beyond expectations! Also helped us with preparations prior to our arrival. And helped us to secure taxis. This property is fantastically clean and well stocked. If you want a great stay in Lanzarote, choose this property!
