Designed with efficiency in mind, the ‘S’more’ cottage offers much more than a typical one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath vacation home, boasting high ceilings and thoughtful attention to detail. Located just across the street from the sand and sea, this cottage serves as the guesthouse to the main ‘Never Enough’ - but stands out with its own unique charm on the eastern side of Seaside!
The two-story layout begins with a ground-level living and dining area, perfectly sized for a small group of guests seeking a cozy beach retreat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample storage, a stovetop, a compact dishwasher, and a compact refrigerator with a wine rack. This floor also includes a half-bath, a washer and dryer, and a comfortable twin-sized sleeper sofa. The clever use of space is enhanced by soaring ceilings, creating an open and airy feel that leads up to the second floor.
Upstairs, the spacious bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed and features a full bath with a shower and a separate vanity. Surrounded by windows, the bedroom also opens to a private balcony, inviting guests to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the cottage offers the convenience of an outdoor shower and the option to rent the adjacent three-bedroom ‘Never Enough’ cottage for extra space during your stay. Can’t say enough about our trip to Seaside. Our home was right off the beach and a short walk to downtown. The home was comfortable and the clean, they did such a great job there want a speck of sand on the floor. That’s hard to do when you are this close to the water. Homeowner’s Collection goes over the top to make you feel welcome with a nice bottle of wine and other gifts. Definitely an upscale approach to VRBO.

The place is perfect to be so close the ocean without a beach front house. It is also very close to the main events, food and shopping at Seaside. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of this tiny house. The house is listed as sleeping for 3, I would only consider 2. As another review stated it is very hard to open the suitcase in the bedroom. The house was very clean and enough supplies for the two of us for the whole week. It is also very quiet around the area easy to sleep. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.

Very convenient to the beach and food trucks. Cleanliness and roaches were an issue. Feces found on toilet tank and valve handle. Small refrigerator made loud noises constantly.
