La vola est idéale pour un séjour en groupe, elle est magnifique et la vue merveilleuse, elle est spacieuse, idéal pour un groupe de neuf amis comme nous. De nombreux transats et espaces spacieux pour manger et prendre l’apéritif. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de climatisation (même la chambre de la mezzanine) La cuisine est très bien équipée. La villa propose un confort absolut tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur.
Et Georges, notre hôte est très accueillant et nous a accueilli avec un repas crétois à notre arrivée. Il est très arrangeant. La piscine est parfaite temps pour nager que pour y faire la fête ! Nous avons à disposition le linge de toilette, de lit et de piscine. Tout est propre à notre arrivée. Nous sommes vraiment ravi de cette location.
Les salles de bain sont plutôt mal agencées : Les deux douches du haut n’ont pas de protection et lorsque nous prenons notre douche, la salle de bain est inondée. Le sous sol, où il y a 2 chambres et un espace billard est légèrement humide. Mais la salle de bain du sous-sol pose un peu plus de problème, car nous avons eu quelques remontées d’eaux usées dans la douche. Mais la villa certes vieillissante, reste très agréable.
Il n’y a que 5 chambres indépendantes, une est sur la mezzanine et l’autre dans la salle billard.
Il faut 30 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre le centre de La Cannée.

The location of this property means you do need a car as a couple of miles from local amenities however the view and privacy makes it worth it. Our host George could not have been better, we held our wedding reception at this property and our host arranged a fire work display as a surprise as well as helping out with lighting and set up on the day. Some amazing memories and will have to revisit.
There was not a lot not to like.

We were two families that stayed and our teen boys loved the downstairs area and games rooms. We all played pool, table tennis, cards, backgammon.
We stayed in late September and we swam every day. Perfect weather. It was great to relax at the house, swim, read and relax by the pool and go for walks nearby. We loved finding the two tiny churches - and the views, sun rises and sunsets are amazing. One night we came home to the most delicious warm galaktoboureko from George! Amazing!
It was really lovely and quiet and had the best sunsets and sunrises. We will all remember our time here.
We loved our trip here! It is an amazing house and grounds. It would have been amazing to see in its first years and needs a little love in places but it worked out well for us.

The Villa is beautiful, and the placement is good. A beautiful and unique view, the placement is good, it makes it feel like it's isolated from People but still a 10min drive to Platanias. The host is this place's body and soul, you can buy many different villa's in Chania, but George makes his one of a kind. He is very accomodating with everything, he is available anytime and he is very kind with everyone. He even took us up to his own home and made dinner for us, we shared homebrewed raki and laughed all night. Really a unforgettable experience. We all would like to thank George for an smooth and amazing stay, until next time!
There is nothing to not like here. The place is perfect, and so is the host.
