Locatie foarte buna, aproape de plaja, doua terase spatioase cu sisteme de securitate foarte bune, living mare, TV smart, dotari suficiente la bucatarie, plase de tantari peste tot, nu am avut probleme cu boilerul. La mica distanta cu masina de magazine (inclusiv Lidl) si restaurante/terase. Vegetatie frumoasa pe proprietatea comuna cu alte apartamente.
Parcarea din curte insuficient amenajata si vegetatia in floare (un tei batran) au necesitat curatarea/spalarea frecventa a masinii ca sa se poata circula prin statiune sau imprejurimi. Cada foarte mica cu treapta si cu dus este adecvata copiilor si mai putin adultilor, existand risc de accidentare. Zgomote deranjante in fiecare noapte spre dimineata cand vecinii proprietari de apartamente plecau la lucru.

Location is great - near to bigger and smaller shopes, near to beach with restaurants and not to far to Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. Private parking. Small and bigger terraces with view on the garden.
