good but could be better

the location was perfect. about 15–20 mins from thessaloniki airport. walking distance from the beach and quiet area. comfortable bed and had almost what we needed for our stay.

the studio was dirty. the floor was not swept which i had to do at 11pm 👎🏾 .bed was undone (literally looked like someone just got out of bed). and last but not least the shower was a pain. when taking a shower, water was going everywhere on the floor

Die Lage ist super, jedoch wird das Apartment leider nicht gut gepflegt.

Die Lage ist perfekt.

Leider war die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Bett und die Couch wirkten ungepflegt, zudem wurden im Polster der Couch Tiere gesichtet. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders unangenehm war der Abfluss in der Küche, der stark gerochen hat – nur mit geschlossenem Stopper war es einigermaßen erträglich. Auch das Besteck und das restliche Kücheninventar waren in einem sehr unhygienischen Zustand. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich alles. Wer zu Hause auf Sauberkeit achtet, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen – es ist kaum möglich, sich dort wohlzufühlen, so wie es auch mir nicht gelungen ist.

Die Fenster waren offen und wir haben deswegen extrem viel Mücken in den Raum gehabt. Mein Kind und ich waren komplett bestochen. Das Problem habe ich auch den Vermieter mitgeteilt. Leider kam keinerlei Reaktion zurück.

Desi ansamblul experienței a fost marcat de multiple deficiențe, pot totuși evidenția, în mod izolat, calitatea deosebită a produselor servite la gelateria din stațiunea învecinată, precum și cele două zile petrecute la Waterland, în Salonic, care s-au distins printr-un nivel ridicat de organizare, curățenie și adecvare pentru activități recreative în familie.

Imobilul care găzduiește apartamentul se află într-o stare avansată de degradare, prezentând lipsă de întreținere atât la exterior, cât și la interior; zona perimetrală este invadată de vegetație spontană, ceea ce contravine obligațiilor minime de igienă și salubritate privind calitatea în construcții. Deși spațiul locativ corespunde din punct de vedere fotografic materialului de prezentare, existența unor vicii ascunse – nedivulgate la încheierea raportului contractual – impune calificarea situației ca fiind susceptibilă de rezoluțiune pentru neexecutare culpabilă. Astfel: • Mobilierul (în special canapeaua din zona de zi) prezintă pete de natură biologică, generând repulsie și punând sub semnul întrebării îndeplinirea obligației de predare a bunului în stare igienico-sanitară corespunzătoare. • Spațiile comune emană miros pregnant de mucegai, indicând o potențială încălcare a normelor de sănătate publică. • Inventarul de bucătărie (sertare, tacâmuri, veselă, filtru de cafea) este contaminat cu reziduuri alimentare și colonii fungice, fapt ce contravine responsabilităților în domeniul sănătății publice. • Lenjeria de pat prezintă uzură excesivă și urme de murdărire, sugerând neînlocuirea acesteia între închirieri și, implicit, încălcarea obligației de diligență în prestarea serviciului de cazare. Regulamentul intern, deși afișat în mod vizibil, rămâne ineficace – dovadă fiind tulburările repetate de liniște nocturnă (aprox. ora 02:00) produse de ocupanții apartamentului adiacent. Această pasivitate a proprietarului în a asigura respectarea normelor de conviețuire atrage răspunderea pentru fapta propriului comitent. Mai mult, lipsa oricărei comunicări proactive din partea gazdei (inclusiv absența unui mesaj de întâmpinare sau a unei verificări ulterioare) denotă neîndeplinirea obligației de informare și asistență prevăzute de Directivele UE privind protecția consumatorilor în contractele de servicii.

Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ ήσυχο και άνετο. Ο οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε να έχουμε όλες τις ανέσεις - από όλες τις συσκευές και σκεύη για καφέ και φαγητό μεχρι ζεστό νερό με το που φτάσουμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κεντρική, μια ανάσα από το δημοτικό πάρκινγκ και τη θάλασσα.

Osvezivac vazduha nije mogao ni malo da ublazi miris vlage, ustajalosti i budji, najvise u drugom krevetu na razvlacenje u kom je bilo skoro pa nemoguce spavati a ni odmoriti se jer je uzasno neudoban, federi se bas čuju, jastuci užas. Nikada jos nisam boravila u objektu na moru koji je popločan laminatom, dodatno se oseća na vlagu i budj.

150 Meter bis zum Strand. Parkplatz kostenlos. Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Rollläden mit Insektenschutz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Umgebung vorhanden.

Bett mit durchgelegener Matratze. Nach einigen Tag hatte man Schmerzen im Rücken. Kinderzustellbett wurde uns bestätigt, war aber nicht vorhanden. Badezimmer ohne geschlossener Duschkabine. Duschen überschwemmt das Badezimmer. Spülung am WC läuft über den Rand. Internet nur 8 MBit Download / 0,4MBit Upload.
