Summary:
This four bedroom fully renovated Seaside Heights home is the perfect location for families large and small.
The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you are coming/staying with your parents or parents staying with your children, do not book without contacting me first as pricing and rules vary based on group! If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.
This four bedroom fully renovated Seaside Heights home is the perfect location for families large and small. This home boasts a brand new kitchen, fully stocked with housewares and equipped with large and small appliances, including a dishwasher. The bathroom also has been completely renovated from top to bottom, complete with brand new tile, stall shower, toilet, and sink. The house has brand new wood floors throughout, with the exception of the newly tiled kitchen and bathroom. And of course the must-have, central air conditioning, so you will be cool and comfortable, day or night.
And for outdoor space, there is a spacious backyard made of stone, which has a barbeque, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower. There is also a large patio with picnic table right off of the living room. The house has offstreet parking, so leave your cars in the driveway and your worries behind.
This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with young children. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back for an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with family and friends is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.

If you are a larger group, there are two other units directly below this one that can be rented in addition to this unit. If you are a really large group/extended family, we own another multi-family house right next door so please inquire!

Barbi was great in communicating everything regarding our stay!! Any questions she responded quickly. Great host! We had an amazing time. The house is close to everything and gave us all the ability to come and go!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. It was off season so area was very quiet. Would stay there again! We stayed over Thanksgiving, and Barbie (the owner) was very accommodating, she even purchased items to make our stay more enjoyable!
