how close it was location was perfect.

We liked the location since it was so close to the beach. Also the parking was convenient. It was nice being able to use the motel facilities as well. Staff treated us well.
House was moldy. When we first walked in the doorknob was practically off the door and AC's where not working at first. It was not very clean either.
