About this house rental
Just a stones throw from the major attractions of Disney, Universal and Sea World lies our wonderful family villa recently built in 2005. You will benefit from a superb villa with all modern appliances finished to the highest specification. Along with a family sized swimming pool with jacuzzi spa a large pool deck which provides some shaded dining area well furnished with loungers and comfy seating and dining table.
The gated community of Mission Park offers security and is just minutes away from the new development area of Cagan's Crossing offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants very close by. Whether you like to golf, shop till you drop or visit the parks we are in the ideal location.
Our fully fitted kitchen which is open plan opens into an informal dining nook with a serve over counter ideal for informal lunches and breakfasts all crockery and utensils are supplied. The laundry facilities are hidden away in a large closet just off the main kitchen area. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
Our separate formal dining room seats 6 and looks over the front of the villa the table extends to seat 8 comfortably. The family room opens out through patio doors onto the deck and pool area two comfy sofas one which can convert into a bed if required and casual seating and high quality furniture. Entertainment is provided by cable TV, DVD player Play station or just relaxing to music.
Our Master bedroom has a king size bed cable TV, large walk-in closet and an ensuite with jacuzzi bath.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed again cable tv and is furnished to a high standard, the twin rooms have 2 twin beds in each room all have cable tv. The Mission Park community provides a community pool and a children's playground a short walk away.

Great house! Very cozy & comfortable. The pool was a great temperature in July but I think it might be considered cold in the winter months. We are a family of 7 and it fit our needs perfectly. It’s a half hour drive to Disney parking and an hour to the airport. The temperature lowers to 72 but the ceiling fans really helped to distribute the air well. Jessica had GREAT communication.The only weird things during our stay were:1. The TV in the living room would turn off randomly and there were blue/green lights on the screen that made the coloring off a little bit.2. It would have been nice to list some of the house idiosyncrasies. Like how to use the jet tub, how to use the jets in the spa outside, Where the WiFi information is located, The blinds In the living room don’t lower, etc.We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This place is really nice it’s fully stocked with everything you would need including a cork screw. the rooms are a good size and the pool is nice my kids enjoyed their time in it. the main reason for the knock down is the water, the beds and the ac. the house was very warm it doesn’t go lower than 72 degrees it was 85 outside so it would have been great to have the house cooler and to sleep comfortably at night. next is the water the shower pressure is nice but it doesn’t get hot I had the dial turned all the way to stop and it didn’t get hot, the jacuzzi tub has black stuff coming out of the pipes and the hot water still isn’t hot so a nice soak was a bust. then the jacuzzi only has one working jet the others didn’t work and then reading the other reviews apparently it only gets to 85 degrees so I was glad to not have paid for it as I like a jacuzzi at 104 degrees that’s the normal setting for hotels and other houses I’ve stayed at. the beds aren’t great but they aren’t too horrible we were there for a week and by the third night my back was really bothering me so that sucked. the owners were very responsive and left a very nice bottle of red wine that was greatly appreciated as we didn’t get in til midnight the first night wine at the end of a long travel day was really nice.
