The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The space was suitable for a family stay, the beds were comfortable, and overall the house met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and general comfort.
We were disappointed by the lack of basic welcome amenities such as coffee, tea, sweeteners, or any small courtesy item. In our experience with similar properties, it is common to be welcomed with at least some basic supplies, and none were provided here.
Additionally, we requested an early check-in (which was shown as an option), but we never received any response at all. We understand that such requests cannot always be accommodated, but the lack of any reply forced us to wait unnecessarily until the exact check-in time. The absence of communication was frustrating.
