We stayed at this property for 11 days. The check in process was a little confusing but we were able to get past is efficiently. The resort was great and had some great amenities. The unit was very nice and had all kinds of room for my family of 5. The unit was a little farther away from the pool than I would have liked so we had to drive there but there was so much parking close to the pool it didn't really matter. We had a great trip, Thanks for the time.

Half hour from most Theme Parks, easy access. Unit was comfortable but not as clean as we had hoped and they need a new Washer.

The property is well-maintained with a beautiful pool that has great amenities including volleyball courts and lazy River. The pool area is small, but kept up well and offers nice area to relax in the sun. I think we would stay in this neighborhood again, however this unit needs some major updates. We arrived at the unit very late and it was not well cleaned. From sticky stuff on coffee table, apparent spills on kitchen floor and around refrigerator to what looked like orange soda had been pored over the utensil drawer and sat making gooey mess. It was late and we were just happy to be there so took time to clean ourself. In the downstairs bath the shower curtain rod was not affixed to the wall, at one point falling hitting child on the head. The floors, walls, and furniture are all very worn.We had multiple issues with appliances… stove top had burner that didn’t work, washing machine didn’t work and would get off balance making so much noise shaking and wouldn’t finish cycle and refrigerator quit working. We noticed on Saturday the refrigerator was not keeping cool and contacted property management, they would send someone to look at it. By Sunday we called again and I’m not sure if they ever came. By that evening our meat in fridge discolored and milk spoiled, amongst many other things. We went into property office then Monday and they said their manager would follow up with us. We spent day at pool and never heard from manager. After returning to unit that evening, they had delivered bags of ice and place them in our fridge like it was a cooler. Finally the next day they delivered another (old) refrigerator and left both in the tiny unit… leaving little room for us in the space. Communication was terrible and They were less than accommodating and did little to compensate for our trouble and all the food that spoiled.
