seating was comfy, kitchen was spacious and well equipped, with coffee machine and kettles, (as there was 2)
beds were comfy and spacious too, plenty of bathrooms, to coupe will us all, contacting customer services, was ok and although not a quick response, my query was replied to, with explanation on what would happen.
pool area was nice and pool was of good size.
it could have done with a more brighter and cheerful paint on the walls, tea bags and coffee sachets, for when you arrive, would have been a nice touch, after a long journey, two lights were flashing, one in front bedroom and one on landing, that would come on then after a while start to flash, one bulb had gone on landing, shower head in back bedroom could do with replacing, unlike the front bedroom one, it was a bit stinging, back bedroom fan was wobbling like a Weeble, which other than a Weeble, would fall down eventually, on arrival we was given our accommodation, only to be told a 5am the next morning, we was given the wrong one, so then had to move to other house, not something you want after a very long plan ride and a satnav, that takes you to the wrong address, its dark and you are tired, also a bit worrying when the number to the first house opens the door to the second house, surely these should have been different, had they been, we would not have had to move in the morning, as we would have gone back to reception, at which point they would have informed us of the change, as it was I missed their call and email till 5am the next morning, gym area was ok, only let down by the fact that some of the equipment was not working, so impossible for you to use,

Nice gated community. House was big and good size bedrooms.
Property is dated. Sink damaged in downstairs ensuite which is sharp.. Jacuzzi baths but none of them work. Pool area was way to small. The lazy river couldn't see the water for the amount of people and tyres in there. I know a new pool is being built but the lazy river is way to small for a complex this size. Lost water in the property for a day. No notice of it happening. Didn't have sanitation until 7pm in evening, which I thought was very very poor. In all my years of coming to Florida I've never had such a basic thing go wrong. Even on check out day the water was switched off again with no notice given. Not really acceptable when have 4 children and one disabled with complex needs which requires constant access to water. Unfortunately for me the property was to far away from Orlando for my liking with most days taking over an hour due to the traffic on i-4. Property could be improved by renovating. Fridge freezer has cold water but Ice machine is broken. Just small touches like having a kettle would have improved my feedback. Tony at bar was very professional and was a stand out member of staff for help and courtesy so shout out to him.
