I like the outdoor pool area that was my favorite part this is my second time visiting and the pool is my favorite. The villa is pretty nice and the neighborhood.
The only thing I really didn’t like is that there was not really any hot water when I got back to the villa it was lukewarm sometimes a little colder than it should be not sure why also, I didn’t like that early in the morning there’s no security guard there to let the Uber or Lyft to pick you up to take you to the airport. It was a bit inconvenient because we had to walk all the way to the security gate.

The townhouse itself was fine. Nothing luxurious but adequate and I appreciated that the hosts provided some paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods and tide pods. I was also happy that the resort had some amenities specifically for kids (which is one of the reasons I booked this place).
The resort area is very run down. Almost none of the games in the arcade worked properly and they didn’t credit properly for tickets they won when we could get a game to actually work (intermittently). The manager made it right by allowing my girls to pick a few prizes, but had I known the games didn’t work, I wouldn’t have brought my kids there in the first place. It was also very busy and I had to wait in line for way too long to check in (after a long day of traveling) and they didn’t just give me towel cards on checkin so I had to wait in another line the next day for them! Also, the house had bugs (they said ants - not sure because they were so small it was hard for me to know for certain) and when I noticed them, I will say the owners were very responsive. Unfortunately there wasn’t much they could do and I didn’t sleep one night because they were in my bedroom and I thought maybe they were bedbugs. I had no food at all in the room, but it was above the kitchen so maybe they crawled up the walls? They were worse at night too. Didn’t see nearly as many during the day. Owners came next day and said for sure they weren’t bed bugs, so I did appreciate that. And they sent pest control the next day as well. When I was dealing with the bug situation, however, I did notice that while the place looked clean on the surface, the baseboards and crevices, etc were not very clean … The furniture was sparse and cheap as well, but I mostly expected that based on pictures. A few drawers didn’t work properly (in kitchen and dressers in bedrooms). Also, there are these weird vent things above the doors of bedrooms upstairs and they let light in from the hallway. My kids sleep with the hallway light on so this was an inconvenience for us (we stuck tickets over them to try and block the light. The vents don’t serve a purpose other than letting light in it seems? Also, the mosquitoes were soooooo bad! Most places in FL spray for them but this place did not. And they should!!
