There's nothing quite like waking up to the sound of waves and sipping your coffee on the deck while you watch the surfers catch their first ride of the day. This classic beach house sits right on the sand, with direct beach access. We've lovingly restored it to keep all its authentic charm while adding the comforts that make a family week at the Shore feel effortless.
Outdoor Living
This is where the magic happens. Gather everyone on the roomy ocean-front deck for a cookout on the full-size stainless grill. You will have your own private beach front yard - just walk outside and you’re there. You’ll love rinsing off after the beach in the outdoor shower. When the sun goes down, pull up a seat at the sunroom bar for a round from the margarita maker.

•Individually controlled AC in every bedroom, so everyone sleeps comfortably
•Sonos speakers throughout — stream your favorite playlist from your phone
•4 TVs with Netflix for cozy movie nights

prime location. beach feet away, short walk to restaurants etc. Great spot for fishing, surfing etc. Highly recommend.

Mike and Tracy are awesome! The house was as advertised and a really comfortable space with perfect ocean views. They helped us immediately with an issue due to a municipal water outage and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would say they went above and beyond. I Look forward to bringing my family here again next year.

The location of this house could not have been any better. The beach and ocean right at our front patio made for a heavenly couple of days. The house itself was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The owners quick response time to our questions was much appreciated. I would rent again in a heartbeat.
