About this apartment rental
***Please read this note before you proceed with reading the description***: During busier times we really need to try and stick with or normal Saturday to Saturday rental rotation and this time of the year is between January to Mid April. In late April to late May and then again mid Aug to Mid Dec, we can be more flexible on the Saturday to Saturday requirement.

The condo is decorated in a comfortable island motif. There is a complete kitchen, a TV in each bedroom, cable, in unit Wi-Fi, and stereo in the living room, which ensures you will not miss the comforts of home.
Just below your gulf facing lanai are miles of sugar white beach. While enjoying the world class shelling along the beach, be sure to keep an eye out for diving pelicans, manatees, and dolphins which will be hunting the fish rich waters.
It’s just a short walk over the drawbridge spanning Big Carlos Pass, there you’ll find yourself at the entrance to Lover’s Key State Park. The Travel Channel has rated the state park beach as one of Florida’s Top Ten Beaches.
Whether at the state park or on our gigantic private beach out front, this end of the island provides lots of good surf fishing. If you are so inclined, nightly meals of fresh snook, trout, redfish, whiting, pompano, and mackerel are entirely possible. To prepare your catch, there is a private grill patio at the south end of the building just around the corner from our private beachside pool, recreation room and Sunset Patio. There are also many local restaurants that will prepare your catch, should you choose to dine out.
There is a stop for the Island Trolley right next to our free parking lot. It is just a short ride to Times Square at the north end of the island. There you will find a more active nightlife scene including dozens of shops, open air restaurants, bars, street performers, live entertainment, a public beach, as well as, the famous Fort Myers Beach Pier.
We have a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. We provide linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cooler which can be iced down with ice from the ice maker in the refrigerator.
Sliding glass doors will take you out to the lanai from the living room, and from the master bedroom. Enjoy the quiet breeze on the lanai as you drink your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Smoking and pets are prohibited. This is one of the finest units in the complex. You won’t be disappointed!

Better than described!! 11/10Brenda email and texted us with check in instructions which were very easy. Our flight landed early so I asked if we could check in early and she said yes! That was the first “well this is going well” moment. Once we sat on the lanai it got even better! I Facetime’d my mom and she asked if the palm tree behind me was AI - it’s truly that great of a view. It’s more beautiful than pictures do it justice. Our 3 yo toddler loved the pool and Ed the friendly pool guy brought out some pool toys which made his week. The property and condo were immaculate. A week flew by! Oh and they offered us late check out bc there wasn’t someone checking in right after us. The owners are very kind and responsive. Now I just need to get back before next April…thank you Brenda & Bill!

This condo is amazing! Totally updated and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. There were also items for the beach: chairs, toys, and even a cooler. We enjoyed being on the”quiet end of the island”. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here on a return visit.

View of the beach feom the gine was breathtaking. The sand beaches white and walking along the shores very nice. Shelling was impressive as well.

Nice condo, however the construction noise a couple floor up was terrible. It was deafening even at the pool!
