-The unit was very clean and had all the essentials.-The view of the ocean was beautiful.-The pool area and grill area were very nice and well maintained.-The location was great for getting off the south end of the island.-The beach to get to the ocean was expansive - my in-laws could not make it out to the water thru the deep sand.-The electronic keypad on the unit door did not work, but there was a lockbox that had a physical key that we used during our stay. The electronic system (phone) worked well for the lobby doors and pool gates.-The biggest issue we had was the unit was located directly above the pool. Kids in the pool were screaming from the moment the pool opened until the moment the pool closed. This may have been a function of Spring Break or bad parenting or both, but the lanai was simply not usable during the day. Think screaming babies on an airplane - there is no escape.

The location is fantastic! So nice having the beach so close. We loved that it wasn't busy and spent a lot of time walking! Condo is well stocked. Communication was great with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
