Welcome to Carlos Pointe 426, a beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located directly on the sand at the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach. This weekly rental offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or friends.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area designed for relaxation, complete with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances, making it easy to prepare meals to enjoy at the dining table for four. Step out onto the oversized screened balcony, furnished with a table and chairs for four plus a lounge chair, where you can dine al fresco or simply unwind while taking in the sweeping views.
The master suite features a king-sized bed, its own TV, and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and its own TV, while the second bathroom has also been updated with a walk-in shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Just downstairs, you’ll discover a resort-style pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Outdoor BBQ grills are also available, making it easy to enjoy casual cookouts during your stay.
Carlos Pointe’s location is truly special. Situated beside Big Carlos Pass, you’ll have a front-row seat to watch boats cruise by, dolphins play in the surf, and native birds soar overhead. Construction of the new bridge has been completed, while the ongoing removal of the old bridge is still ongoing.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
