This beautiful two-bedroom/two-bathroom air-conditioned Gulf Front Condo at the popular Carlos Pointe Beach Club can be your dream island vacation headquarters on Fort Myers Beach. You are immediately struck by gorgeous views - this an END CORNER UNIT CONDO so you get a view of the Gulf from nearly every window.
Recently remodeled, the entire home is styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle, with tile throughout and plantation shutters on the windows. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - tableware and cookware. For entertaining, there's also a dining area with a glass topped table for six conveniently located right next to the breakfast bar. Meals can be enjoyed here or out on the lanai.
The Master Bedroom En Suite will be waiting for you at the end of the day. A true Master Retreat, there's a King-sized bed, in-room wall mounted large flat screen TV, walk in closet and full Master Bath to spoil you. Enjoy your private lanai access from the Master Bedroom - better to sneak out through the Master Bedroom sliders to the lanai for some late-night star gazing or watching the moon sparkle on the Gulf. Carlos Pointe Condominiums sit at the southern tip of the island. The very secluded and private beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west. The Resort-sized Heated Pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. There's a BBQ area, a covered picnic area by the pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, an indoor dining area with a kitchenette, and a social room that overlooks the pool.
Of course, best of all is the Gulf in your backyard - 7 miles of white sand and surf. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily. Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago. Stroll through the Matanzas Pass Nature Preserve and enjoy Florida's flora, fauna, and bird life in its primitive state. Walk to Lover's Key State Park for kayaking, shelling, and picnics.

Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.

We had an amazing time at Estero Island.
Great private like setting and a friendly atmosphere. If you love a private like beach atmosphere, then this is the perfect spot.

Everything was amazing. The beach was gorgeous and calm. Very few people in the beach which made it very easy to find a spot to enjoy the day. However, when checking in we did not know that you only get one parking pass but the lady in the front office was absolutely amazing because she was able to give us a second parking pass for the week for our other car. Also, was not aware that we were suppose to shut the hurricane shutter on the balcony every night until we received our warning because it is turtle season. Other than those things, our stay was amazing.

Loved being on the quiet end of the island. Unit was very clean and updated. Twin beds were uncomfortable and could of used some more drinking glasses in the unit but overall was very happy. Loved having the beach chairs and cart on the patio.

Be advised that at this condo you are quite a distance from the water, it is sand but quite a walk to the water as it is on a corner. This condo has a very nice wrap around balcony as it is a corner unit. Many of the pots and pans and blender are old and need to be replaced and the unit could have been cleaner, I noticed the management team and they were very attentive and accommodating. Overall it was very nice.
