Great value, lovely space and perfect location.

The property is great, pool lovely, the main living area was spacious and the kitchen easy to work in. Master bedroom/bath was lovely (balcony overlooking the pool!) and the pool/patio area was wonderful for relaxing and gatherings. Short walk to Duval St or Malory Square.

There is a wonky short brick step at the front door; one of my housemates broke her foot stepping down after dropping off our bags when we first arrived. The Vacasa post stated one room with a king bed, but there were two queen beds so that may need to be updated.

Great Location! Parking included Charming house that needs some tlc

The bathroom downstairs has an horrible shower.... It was impossible to close the windows upstairs. There was a bug in the kitchen
