Place was good, nice to have the pool so close and have a back door to go outside. Older home build in 1920’s so the upper floor is sleeping in the “attic”, steps are narrow as they are old, but each room had its own a/c and did take time to cool down. Easy to get to Duval street and location is within walking distance to pier. We had a few hiccups..and had to call the office for missing kitchen items, leaky sink, sugar ants ( we had to spray them ourselves), freezer fish smell. The 24 hour emergency line I was told is only for people who are locked out of unit and nothing else. The couch is so worn out, very uncomfortable to sit on. When issue's were discussed with manager, the conversation didn’t go as easy and as well as I expected but they did refund my parking fee for the issues we encountered.

The location is great if you are looking to be close to tourist attractions like Duval Street, Mel Fisher’s Museum, and Mallory Square. They are in walking distance. We paid for the parking at the villa and walked everywhere we wanted to go. That saved us a bunch of headaches because the parking and traffic can be problematic. The villa has lots of steps to deal with which can be tricky if you have bad knees or an old dog like us. Otherwise, it has everything you need for a traveling family and a pool! The staff was very accommodating and worked with us when we asked for a late check out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, super clean, and nice amenities! The only downside was a pretty strong mold or mildew smell in the upstairs rooms, which made it hard to breathe comfortably.
