This brand new remodeled, 6000 sq ft. villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal in downtown Cabo San Lucas - Mexico. Situated at the end of a very private street with a separate gate into the property, an incredible driveway grounded with a beautiful outdoor fountain and Lush Gardens throughout the property.
Well-appointed Designer furnishings throughout the home, adorned by one of the best interior designers in the USA. Only the finest materials were used for your comfort and delight of your family and friends. Special care for all details, fabrics, rugs, mattresses, luxury bedding, bath and other fine linens.
Villa Blanca has spacious interior and exterior areas, divided into 3 floors:
First Floor:
- Large Living Room.
- Powder Room.
- Laundry Room.
- Open Kitchen with Dining Room.
- Large outdoor deck area with plenty of seating.
- Infinity Pool looking out over the Marina, Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.
- Bedroom 1- King Room with separate seating area, Large bathroom with walk in shower.
- Bedroom 2- King Room with Garden View, Bathroom with walk in shower.
Second Floor:
- Large Family/Game Room.
- Large outdoor deck area with plenty of seating and a jacuzzi.
- Bedroom 3- King Room with separate seating area, Large bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub.
- Bedroom 4- Large Room with (2) King Beds, Large bathroom with walk in shower;
- Bedroom 5- (2) sets of twin bunkbeds for a total of (4) twin beds, separate bathroom with shower.
- Separate Laundry Room and linen closet.
Third Floor:
- Bedroom 6- Large King with separate seating area.
- Large bathroom with walk in shower
* $2500 Refundable Security Deposit Required
* Occupancy: Best for 10 singles or 6 couples
* Rate includes mandatory daily housekeeping.
* No Bachelor, Bachelorette, Spring Break Type Party Groups
* Each guest over 12 people will be an additional $150 per person added to the nightly rent charge and will be sleeping in bunk beds.
* No guests under the age of 12.

My stay at Villa Blanca in Cabo San Lucas was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the stunning views to the well-appointed rooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a memorable experience.
What truly set this vacation apart was the exceptional management by Baja Sur Vacation Rentals. Their team was incredibly attentive and catered to our every need with promptness and professionalism. Whether it was arranging local excursions or ensuring the house was stocked with essentials, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
I highly recommend Villa Blanca for anyone looking to experience the best of Cabo San Lucas. The combination of a fantastic property and outstanding management made our vacation truly unforgettable.

Overall we had an excellent stay at Villa Blanca. The property was immaculate and better than I could have even imagined. Greatly appreciated having housekeeping in the villa and being able to pre-stock with groceries upon arrival. We arranged drivers and the boat tour through you and both were exceptional. My only feedback is that we thought that the chef you arranged was OK, but not great. The quality of the food was fine but not elevated. I wouldn't repeat again. Just wanted you to know because truly everything else was top-notch. Thank you for an amazing experience overall! I look forward to hopefully staying with you again.

The house is quite large and has 6 large very comfortable bedrooms. The decor is grand Mexican/ Mediterranean style. The host arranged for three dinners to be prepared at the house for our party of 7 (including 2 children) and we really enjoyed those dinners. We had excellent meals at restaurant's reserved by the host at our request. We used the pool and hot tub daily.

We very much enjoyed staying at this villa. It is 6 bedroom 3 story villa with incredible view. You can hire chef, bartender, even massages. I really suggest you to use recommended drives and arrange airport pick because it is a little tricky to find it. It was nothing but pleasant experience and manager of the villa is always available for your questions and requests.
